Elisha Ministries's MyWay Case Management Services are designed to support homeless, low income, elderly individuals or families in poverty.  The program helps to prevent and reduce chronic homelessness, empower  families and individuals affected by severe mental and/or substance use disorder experiencing housing transition challenges regain their lives and receive help at their own pace. Individuals or families can receive outreach and engagement, intensive case management, transportation, mental health and substance abuse treatment, and assistance in obtaining mainstream benefits such as (Transportation, Case Management, Mainstream Benefits such SNAPS, SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, Medicare, Hospitalization and Mental Services).   Partnerships with community resource provides for housing, mental health, social services, emergency services and substance abuse are beneficial to assist the residents obtain services their way at their pace.

Who can benefit from Elisha Ministries’ MyWay Services?

Those impacted or threatened by a housing challenge in Lincoln, Jackson, Bienville, and Union Parishes.

How old must an applicant be?

Applicants must be 18 years or older. Teen run-aways and those affected by human trafficking or domestic violence may apply in a secure setting.

How can I get help or a referral?

Referrals can be made at any local community mental health, primary care office, social service office, walk in or via our secure internet site. Applicaiton for services can be obtained online and payment for services is low cost and affordable.

How can I get financial assistance if I cannot afford the program?

Many of our programs are supported by grants or other community donations. Apply today - this and other programs are sliding fees based.
